Natixis Real Estate Capital Provides $65,300,000 Loan to Shorenstein For 399 Boylston Street Acquisition
NEW YORK, May 18, 2007 – Natixis Real Estate Capital Inc. (formerly IXIS Real Estate Capital) provided a $65,300,000 7-year fixed-rate loan to Shorenstein Properties for the acquisition of 399 Boylston Street in Boston, Massachusetts. The 228,626 square foot Class A building is located in the high-end commercial and residential Back Bay neighborhood. The property’s major tenant is IXIS Asset Management Group, an affiliate of Natixis Real Estate Capital.
Natixis Real Estate Capital was known as IXIS Real Estate Capital when it provided the loan. It changed its name on March 16, 2007.
