Natixis Real Estate Capital Refinances Second Pacifica Hotel Company Portfolio
NEW YORK, May 18, 2007 – Natixis Real Estate Capital Inc. (formerly IXIS Real Estate Capital) provided three 10-year, fixed-rate loans to Pacifica Hotel Company for the refinancing of a 186-room portfolio of hotels in coastal southern California. The $25,500,000 in financing was secured by the Holiday Inn Express in Marina del Rey, the Inn at Venice in Venice Beach and Sandcastle Inn in Pismo Beach. In 2006, Natixis Real Estate Capital provided $63,000,000 of financing on a five-property Pacifica portfolio.
The financing was arranged by Sonnenblick-Eichner Company.
Natixis Real Estate Capital was known as IXIS Real Estate Capital when it provided the loans for both Pacifica Hotel Company financings. It changed its name on March 16, 2007.
