IXIS Real Estate Capital Provides $62,000,000 to Refinance 14-Property Industrial Portfolio
NEW YORK, July 25, 2005 – IXIS Real Estate Capital Inc. provided a $62,000,000, ten-year fixed-rate loan to Fulton Commons Development, LP to refinance the Centurion Industrial Portfolio, a 1.9 million square foot portfolio consisting of 14 industrial, warehouse and flex buildings. The Centurion buildings are grouped in three business parks in the southeastern US – two in Winston-Salem, N.C. and one in Richmond, Va. Constructed between 1987 and 2003, the portfolio’s buildings offer superior clear heights, construction quality and transportation access. The financing was arranged by Michael Yavinsky of Walker & Dunlop.
